Seriously, if I were outfitting a boat and it didn’t already have lots of holes drilled in the gunnels, I would strongly consider putting a pair of these mounts on each side. Standardizing on a system like this could really maximize functional versatility while maintaining a streamlined, uncluttered look.

Plus, Burnewiin is located in Hood River, Oregon, just up the river from my ol’ stompin’ ground, so I gotta support ‘em!
