I have a Magma charcoal grill that I have been using onboard for several years. Then I heard a report that it is better to cook with gas (carbon footprint wise). Also came across an article about cooking Bluefish that recommended gas over charcoal in cooking the fish. So when the current stock of charcoal onboard runs out.
