AIS Ship Finder app for iPhone

by Tim on October 13, 2009

Our friend Captain Richard Rodriguez has some screenshots on a new AIS app for the iPhone called Ship Finder.  Of course, please note the predictable caveat:

Can I use Ship Finder for navigational purposes?

Definitely NOT. Like all AIS internet feeds Ship Finder must not be used for navigational purposes.

Very good but I cannot find Cruise Liners.
I would like to find Cunard Cruise ships like Queen Victoria & P&O Liners like Ventura.
Not quite as good a Airplane finder unless it is my lack of knowledge on this App,
any help appreciated.
